New Happenings
-We scheduled my induction for Monday the 30th. She had warned me that she didn't want me going past my due date, but somehow I hadn't realized how close it really is. Holy cow. Due in less than a week. We'll have Logan any day now!
-Kimbal and I had our first (and likely only) major holiday with just the two of us at home. It was pretty wonderful to be honest. I missed my family like crazy, but I'm really glad we got to have that experience once.

Things I learned this week
-Almost everyone who's experienced Pitocin tells horror stories about it. Great. That really helps with my pre-labor anxiety.

New Happenings
-Officially diagnosed with preeclampsia. Honestly I'm not as freaked out by this as I thought I would be. We're lucky it only came on when I was far enough along for it not to be a big deal.
-Because of the diagnosis I get to have Non-Stress Tests twice a week and I'm on modified bed rest. The tests really aren't stressful (true to their name) and I kinda love getting to see/hear him all the time.

Things I learned this week
-Logan doesn't seem all that keen on coming into the world. No change in dilating/effacing. We're talking about when to induce labor. Super.

New Happenings
-I'm being tested for preeclampsia again. Lovely
-Lots of contractions, but they don't seem to be doing anything. Not dilating at all. Lame.

Things I learned this week
-I have friends in this ward. They are wonderful! Such a fun shower and such sweet gifts for little Logan

New happenings
-The heartburn is back with a vengeance! Between the milk, the mass quantities of tums, and the vitamins, both Logan and I are definitely getting our calcium.
-Logan dropped this week. It's lovely to be able to breath again, but walking is... even more exciting now.
-On Sunday I could barely put on my shoes. I nearly cried.

Things I learned this week
-The ladies in our ward are fantastic! They're throwing me a baby shower next week even though most of them hardly know me. I'm so excited! I've really been wanting to meet more women around here and to be honest we really could use the help getting things together for Logan.

35 weeks

New Happenings
-We're into the final stretch! Dr. Appointments are now every week to check on how baby is doing and how close we're getting to delivering.

Things I learned this week
-Grandma Mitzi has great taste in baby stuff! Loving the blankets, onesies, and adorable baby shoes she got Logan! Still haven't been able to stop myself from playing with the softie blanket every time I walk past it.

34 weeks

New Happenings
-Last week we're allowed to travel beyond a one hour radius of the hospital. We capitalized on that and went to Beaver to visit the Joseph's for that last time until after Logan joins us.

Things I learned this week
-The spacing of rest stops from Beaver to Salt Lake was not planned out by a pregnant woman. Or by a woman at all. How can they really expect anyone to hold it for that long?! Sheesh. Don't worry- there were no accidents, but there was some meditative breathing and a fevered sprint from the car when we finally reached a gas station.

33 weeks

New Happenings
-I'm really starting to feel how big/far along I am. Back aches, swollen feet, sore hips- this is all normal now.
-Gained a bit more weight than I should have during the AZ trip. Shocker.

Things I learned this week
-Logan has tons of stuff, yet still needs more. How can someone so tiny end up taking up so much space?!

32 weeks

New Happenings
-I got some sort of allergic reaction from Hades. Hives everywhere for a week. So fun.
-Logan and I missed Kimbal lots and lots while in AZ. So happy to be back with him!

Things I learned this week
-The fam was a bit horrified by the tiger tummy. Somehow this made me oddly proud. Hey, if I can't look good in a two piece ever again, at least I can freak people out.

31 weeks

New Happenings
-Going to AZ this week! So excited!

Things I learned this week
-I had to get a doctor's note to be allowed to fly.
-Flights from SLC to PHX are always in the farthest gate in the farthest terminal from everything.
-My ladies in AZ are incredible. They were so sweet and generous at the baby shower! I can't believe all the wonderful, beautiful things Logan has now!
-My parents must really, really love me! Can't believe they flew me down to AZ, helped throw me a shower, let me crash at their house, and drove me (and all Logan's new stuff) back up to UT. Amazing.
